FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...
...and the answers, otherwise what's the point?
Who are MockMinster?
We're a small, UK-based company specialising in quirky t-shirts with a political theme. We know our politics, and we know how to mock it. We don't take sides. Our designs never mock specific parties or politicians, nor promote or oppose any political view. Because there's enough of that elsewhere.
How do I order from MockMinster?
Browse our lovely stuff. Choose your design, select size & colour, and click 'Add to cart'. When you're done, go to 'My Cart' (or click on the little basket icon) and hit 'Check out'. The delivery options will show once you enter your address. Remember if you spend more than £50, delivery is free. Finally choose payment method and follow the prompts. Voila!
What payment methods does MockMinster accept?
Credit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Maestro
Debit Cards - these go in under 'Credit Cards' too
Shop Pay - buy now, pay in instalments
Klarna - ditto
Apple Pay - if you're on an Apple device
Google Pay - if you're on Android/Chrome
Sorry, we're currently unable to accept PayPal because that would mean setting up an entirely different system at our end, and we've already got a headache.
Where can MockMinster deliver?
At the moment, only to the UK. There's masses of red tape if we try and ship elsewhere. The system shouldn't let you order to an overseas address, but don't try that at home, kids.
How much is delivery from MockMinster?
This depends on how much you order and which option you select. For any order up to £49.99, Standard delivery is £4.99 and Express is £6.99 - you can choose after you've entered your address. For orders over £50, there's no delivery charge. In this case, the options will both show as free.
How long does delivery from MockMinster take?
We deliver as quickly as possible, but it's hard to give estimates because all our t-shirts are printed on demand rather than held in stock. Delivery time depends on a few things, including the workload of our suppliers and the efficiency of the postal service! If you want your t-shirt for a particular occasion, such as a gift, please order in good time.
MockMinster isn't listing the design I like in the colour or size I need?
No problem, just get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do. We can sometimes tweak things to make a special order. Please note, though, there might be a good reason why we're not offering a particular option - for example, some designs don't work on certain colours of t-shirt, and we don't want you to be disappointed.
Why aren't all MockMinster t-shirts the same price?
They nearly are. Different designs may vary in price. But within each design, we charge the same for all sizes; we think that's fair, even though larger sizes may cost us more. Rest assured, we always do all we can to ensure the best possible value for money. Promise.
Is the cotton in MockMinster t-shirts ethically sourced?
Yes, our t-shirts are made using 100% cotton that's ethically grown and harvested. Our supplier is registered with the Cotton Trust Protocol, ensuring sustainable means of production.
How accurate are the colours on the MockMinster website?
We do our best. But colours look different depending on whether you're using a desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile or abacus. Your settings, our settings and the production process could all mean the colour of the t-shirt you receive may be a teeny-weeny bit different from what you see here.
How do I contact MockMinster?
We'd love to hear from you. Just hit the 'contact' button at the top of the home page. All incoming emails are dealt with by a real human, never by an AI tool or a bot. So please allow us a day or so to deal with it. Thank you!
What if I have a complaint about a MockMinster product?
How very dare you!! We're joking of course. Customer satisfaction is really important to us. We'll do everything we can to resolve your issue. Just get in touch using the contact button.
Does MockMinster know what Istanbul used to be called?
Constantinople. But that's not really a question for here. Enjoy your quiz, though.
